Words are hard to express at how impressed and thankful I have been in that Joanna and her team at Kingswood came to my rescue. I had been renting my property out via another agent ( who's name I cant mention ) and had nothing but problems. Although paying for a management service I had to liaise with my tenants to get things done ! It got to the point where my tenant wouldn't ring the other agent as they knew that they would get no help ! I was very sceptical about using an agent again due to my experience, however, having seen how Kingswood advertised other properties for rent and how quick they seemed to find tenants I thought I would try. From handing the keys to Joanna, she was constantly in touch throughout the tenant referencing and also went to great lengths as there were numerous 'issues ' that needed repairing within the house as a result of the previous poor management from the other agent. Joanna arranged all the repairs with her local tradespeople and kept me fully informed as to when and how the repairs where taking place. My new tenant is in my property and now my property is up to regulations and i couldn't be more relaxed - I have gone from being 'agent sceptical' to fully 'agent appreciative' Having experienced the professionalism of Joanna and also Abby I know that my property is in safe hands and I am very reassured.
